Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance. Reservations made day of service and walk in appointments are welcome, based upon availability. ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to check-in and prepare for your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we require a 24-hour notice should you need to change or cancel your reservation. Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the service and no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
