Pacific Beach Hotel is undergoing a $115 million transformation slated to be complete in the fall. The property will then become known as ʻAlohilani Resort, home to two new restaurants from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, a massive oceanarium in the lobby and new suites overlooking Diamond Head.
